At SuperGel S.A., we prioritize fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery of frozen and dry food products to retailers, supermarkets, and businesses throughout Gabon. Our processes are designed to maintain product integrity from our cold stores to your premises.

Delivery Information

Nationwide Coverage

We deliver to all regions of Gabon.

Delivery Timing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the same day (subject to order confirmation and route scheduling).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next business day.

Minimum Order Quantity

There is no minimum order quantity—we welcome orders of any size to support businesses large and small.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery to all customers in Libreville.
  • For deliveries outside Libreville, fees may apply depending on distance and volume.

Cold Chain & Product Quality

All products are stored in our 7 cold stores maintained at -18°C in the Zone Industrielle d’Oloumi (Libreville).

We operate a dedicated fleet of 10 refrigerated trucks to ensure an uninterrupted cold chain during transport.

SuperGel is certified by AGASA, the food safety agency of Gabon, Agence Gabonaise de Normalisation. Also conducts regular internal quality and sanitation audits to guarantee freshness, safety, and superior conservation compared to market standards.

Return Policy

Return Window: Any product must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Returns: Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product shows visible defects, damage, or quality issues upon receipt.
  • The product has not been unpacked or used (except for inspection).
  • The return is reported immediately (within the 24-hour window) via phone/WhatsApp or email so we can arrange inspection/collection.

Process

  • Provide order details, photos of the issue (if applicable), and reason for return.
  • Our team will arrange pickup (using refrigerated transport where required) and inspect the returned goods.
  • If approved, we will issue a credit note, replacement, or refund (via bank transfer or adjustment on next invoice) at our discretion.

Exclusions

  • Returns after 24 hours are not accepted due to the perishable/frozen nature of our products.
  • No returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering after the 24-hour window.
